The little things loved ones pass into our hands

My friend Narelle who is a very special person was trying to cheer me up recently when I was feeling a bit fragile and overwhelmed…so she baked me a cake….and as she hands it to me on my doorstep this is what she says ‘I’m sorry I can’t stay…I have a sick little person…I didn’t mean for it to look like a bloody heart with rotten worms coming out of it you know, it just came out that way’….these are the little moments that mean the most. I love you Narelle and everyone in your special, messy, joyous family. x
